need help in designing a capacitor regulated power supply. the source is applied from a 220 V AC coupled to a step down transformer with Vin += 9, Vout = 1.
Det:
fuse value in series with the supply
capacitor value of ripple factor of 0.05

Unclear. Can you post a schematic?

What is a "capacitor regulated power supply"?

well you just have to use a fuse with value equal or higher to the value of the transformer you are using...
and why the output is only 1V??
