Power supply of LG tv. Missing PICO fuse??

Hey guys, I have a power supply board and a pico fuse was blown. Or at least I think it was a pico fuse from similar pictures I've seen online. It's R111 in the pictures below and it was blue coated with "2A" in a circle. I want to replace it but I don't know how to find the specific characteristics of that pico fuse. Or if I could replace it with something else. What do you think?
