Power Supply + & - 20v 15+ amps 2014-01-10

Here's the design I decided to use for my power supply, it started as 20 amp 13.6 power supply, this is my third rebuild and this time it has + & - 20 outputs and can handle a combined output of 10 amps with no ripple.
