Optikon is right, I mean Class C two quadrant chopper.
This one is just inverter which can adjust frequency.

There are examples on the web for this.. have you googled?
You will find basic topologies. Now, the actual details of implementation will depend on your requirements. You havnt mentioned specifications like DC input or power output requirements, max frequency.. look into variable frequency drive circuits..
hi there, i had a circuit which used 2 scrs,2 diodes, 1 R, 1 L, 1 Ea but that's what i dont want.
