Portable Headphone Amplifier Circuit - need help

This is the circuit diagram that i want to build for my headphone. The circuit shown is for the left channel only but i want to modify it a bit for a stereo version. Moreover, i want it to be powered by +5v from the laptop usb port. Can anyone help me out?

Just duplicate the given circuit so you have one for left and the other for right. The circuit shown should easily run on 5V from a USB port.
