I bought an RCA TV at a pawn shop and it's making a faint, rapid clicking sound when the power is OFF!! It almost sounds like something caught in a fan or a playing card on bike spokes... I'm clueless about electronics and a little nervous about the TV catching on fire...our last TV had a little fire because my tree year old decided to put crayons in it. Please help me if you have any ideas what it might be!!!!!! Thank you!!!

I'm almost sure, the sound make the power supply in standby mode. Change all electrolyt capacitors under 100uF in PSU-section.
