I want to know how to made a plc program for servo motor and i dont know how to do that

A PIC!
Understanding of PWM (pulse width modulation)!
Brookshire Software - How Servos Work Will show you how a servo works on PWM!
A knowledge of C or asm...
A data sheet of course!

Once you have taken a look at servo PWM and figured out which PIC you will use, download a data sheet and goto the page that talks about PWM... if your confused and tried to write some code, I can help you
