plasma speaker

hello everybody
im new around here and i really like this web site
im starting to build a plasma speaker and i have few questions for those who know more them me in electronics.
may be a silly question but for me a beginner could help me very much cause i find often my self in this dilemma.
how to find out or calculate the voltage values of the caps in a circuit ?????

All caps except C5 should be rated at least 16V. C5 should be at least 250V (the rating of the FET).
