Why it`s so har to find a Pyroelectric Infrared Sensor and fresnell lens dealer for motion sensors and at a reasonablerble price?
Seems to be the electronics manufacturer`s best kept secret.
Does any body can explain it?

The reason is very simple. Pyroelectric Sensors do not find application in many fields. They have limited scope of application i.e. motion sensing and mey be a few others. The demand for this sensors is very less and hence production cost goes high 8)
as with what kinjalgp said is true. But it could also mean that there isn't that many companys that offer that product, thus them being able to sell the product at high prices too.
