The problem i see is the windbelts roll like bridge in California did that fell to piece. Actually might have an idea. Instead of mounting directly to the belt, connect to flat stick that would create a flapping motion. Then you can reuse the idea of the flapping leaf with a Piezo. Where is the best place to by a Piezo to build a prototype like this?
