PIC16F877A and Cell Phone HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want my pic16f877a to read an inquiry message the inbox of my cell phone and send the required data from it to the cell phone and send it to the inquirer... I know how to send message but i don't know how to read an inquiry message from it. Please help meeeeeee.... Thank you in advance!
