pic12c508a + 24LC04 as good controller

hi there , any one help me to coded the pic12c508a as any remote control is used to controlling by motor (+24 Volt as Left Direction , -24Volt as right Direction) and the pulse code is storing in 24Lc04 as eeprom , we can use IR remote Reciver

please if any one have any idea for this circuit , just give me details
