PIC simulation

Is out there any kind of software that can simulate the pics? For example wire up the pic (like in electronics workbench) write the code , and watch the result. Thank you

Try Proteus. It can simulate many microcontrollers, the way you said.

Try using MPLAB software where you can check the status of all the registers but the problem is its timing is not real time......
