hello were doing a project using pic16f688. we try to run simulation in proteus 8 and the first led did lit up!!View attachment aaaa.pdf the first led connected to pin 13 did not lit up?? is it in the program?? Please Help

The schematics you posted are Eagle schematics, not Proteus. And I do not see any LEDs connected to pin 13 of PIC. What exactly is the problem? What led is the "first led"?

Did the "first led" lit up or not? Be more spesific about the problem you are having. And post the code.
