I am working on a couple Physics homework problems. If anyone can lend some advice or clues, that'd be great. Thanks

"A massive steel 2700 lb. sign is supported by a uniform 7.1' long, 670lb beam and a cable as shown. The maximum tension the cable can withstand is 4900 N. Find the Σ F and Σ t (torque?) and determine the greatest angle Θ (theta) the cable can make with the vertical without breaking?"

(I forgot to label the beam in my diagram.)
