Peavey Studio Pro 112 does not produce any sound

Hello, I just bought a Peavey Studio Pro 112 amp (ebay) and it powers up but does not produce any sound. All of the visible connections appear to be in place and I cannot see any damage to any of the components.

Just wondering if it may be something easy to fix or if I should just return it.

Thanks for any advice.
