I have a blown fuse in a PC board and not sure how to establish the overload rating. It is marked AHCHW ( color is black ) BD713C8D-3BAC-444B-9888-6CE0135FFD21.jpeg

It looks like it may be a wire-ended glass fuse, inside the sleeve.

Try cutting off the sleeve and see if there is anything stamped around the fuse endcaps?
