pass the TIME away

Something that might cause some confusion when working with negative numbers....

It's easy to understand that 5 is less than 10.....

but it's easy to slip up with negative numbers.

–5 is greater than –10.

I realize that
it wouldn't output the correct value of MS
I got that section worked out where it exits each section correctly.
