What will be the computation for the two resistors if the input is a sinewave with a 30khz frequency and 22Vp-p?

If you are referring to the two input resistors, it makes no difference, since that circuit has the emitters to ground and the collectors to Vcc.
That circuit serves no purpose other than to conduct current and dissipate power in the transistors.

What do you want the circuit to do?

Ill be doing wireless power transfer using class c amplifier although it is not good idea.
So post the Class-C amplifier.
