Panasonic flatscreen TV -- need help

Our Panasonic LCD Tv has just gone on the blink without warning... press the power button and a couple of seconds later you will hear a clicking sound like the TV is trying to turn on BUT there is still no sound or picture -- anybody experience this before?

give me the exact model number of your lcd tv so i can have a look at the service manual.......
