Ordering free samples of ATmeag 128

Does any one know what is the procedure to order free samples of Atmel controllers like ATmega 128, ATmega16, ATmega8?
Please provide the corresponding link if someone has ordered earlier.
 
I don't think they sample. They (Atmel) have a mechanism for ordering them but I've tried several times over the last few years and I've never received a sample...
