J Jony130 Active Member Aug 28, 2010 #2 In datasheet usually we don't get Cbe, but instead we get Ft and Cbc. So if we know FT and Cbc we can easily determine Cbe Cbe = ( gm / 2*Π*Ft) - Cbc gm - transconductance = Ic/26mV And Cbe is in picofarad 1pF ... 100pf
