op amp 386 equivalent

Do you want it's op-amp equivalent? If so, it's just a matter of finding an op-amp with a similar or higher frequency response and establishing the gain that you want. All in all, it would be easier just to find an LM386 to use.

Proving you wrong: An LM386 is a POWER amplifier; not an opamp. Due to limitations in the output stage, an opamp can only source/sink ~25mA, while driving a load impedance > thousands of Ω, while an LM386 can drive hundreds of mA into a load impedance as low as 4Ω.
