On my board layout, ive got these hashed red lines??

Hello,

Ive just done a board layout, generated the files for the manufacturer from the cam processor and then gone back into the board layout and now when I check on DRC errors, ive got:

Dimension Errors and Overlap Errors.

I was drawing my parts in the schematic editor using the default 0.05 inch
and then on the board layout I switched to 0.025 inch for better control.
Could this be the reason why these errors are coming up and why ive got hashed lines.

What program are you using? Eagle Cad??
