Is there any IC or any simple circuit for generating +15V and -15V DC voltages from +5V DC level?

hi,
Look thru this pdf for DC to DC converters.

I found these two ICs which can probably be easily found in every semiconductor market:
**broken link removed**: 2.0V-18V to +15V
**broken link removed**: 2.0V-18V to -15V

You didn't specify the amount of current that is needed by the +/-15V.

VWRAS2-D5-D15-SIP (+/-66mA outputs)
NKA0515DC or NMV1215DC (+/-33mA outputs, DIP package)
NKA0515SC, NMV0515DC, EC1SA05N or DSP1N5D15 (+/-33mA outputs, SIP package)
EC3A06 (+/-100mA outputs, DIP package)
