OBDII reader, looking for part number

Here the picture of my OBDII reader for mercedes cars under 2003 or 2004

It doesn't work anymore, and I don't have any number on any IC's, simply because they were scratches off.

What I know, On the 37 pins side, I have 9 IC,s 4066 Analog switch
IC # 1 to 9

IC # U1 is I think a MAX3232
