Any tips will be appreciated if it's a straight forward power supply cap issue or maybe some known problems that can occur over time.
We have a bunch in surplus and as usual I don't have time to plug them in right now and see what exactly is wrong? I'm just told not working e.g. the title.
So, I'm looking for some general tips; I haven't found any googling around.
