Noise generator

i want to make a noise generator wich will be connected to a digital circuit and so i can generate a random number of 1 or 0.
i need something simple, because i might build more then one ...
any1 got ideas?
 
A zener diode works quite well.......

so if i connect, for eample a NAND gate to the output and the other input to +V like 4093(with schmitt trigger...or it isnt needen) then i can get some random numbers at the output of the gate?

Why the 680pF between collector and base? I should have thought that would increase the Miller effect and reduce noise.
