Newbie here

Hey guys, newbie here. Was just browsing the boards and chatted with a couple of people from this forum. Been looking at basic electronics guides. It's really great to see some practical insights from people who really KNOW about this stuff. What project would you recommend to an electronics newbie and what basic equipment would I need?

welcome o this exciting field . the typical "hello world" circuit in electronics is blinking an LED , try it with 555 timer IC or build an astable multivibrator.
the essential instruments need includes a good multimeter, an oscilloscope will help you great , some LEDs and if doing something audio , a speaker .
one essential tool needed is the appetite for knowledge and good patience
