Need to read 93LC46B with uJDM Programmer. Any help?

Hi all
I need to read/write to Microchip's 93LC46B and I was wondering if anyone had the pinout to use the uJDM programmer? I checked Nigel's page and all it shows is the adaptor for converting to MCLR down to 5 volts. What is the pin to pin conversion. Here is the programmer I am using.



Nigel, any help?
