need to get the circuit for signal generator.

i m a prject for which i required 800khz signal generator. plz sugst me the circuit using 555 timer with proper combination of resistances.
 
800kHz is likely to be beyond the capability of a 555. I seem to remember 500kHz as a practical limit. Do you have a datasheet that speaks to this limitation?
