Need substitute SCR for MCR 1076

I am looking for a substitute SCR that I can use in place of an SCR - MCR 1076 (could be RCR 1076 - first character not clearly legible). As used on a Sparkrite Capacitive Discharge Ignition.

Edit: My own search of the Internet has yielded nothing. The circuit diagram for the Sparkrite can be found here

I couldnt' find a data sheet for the original.

I would replace it with a 600V SCR but I don't know about the current rating, 10A seems reasonable.
