need someone to check for errors..

i know how to program and all those things.but i want to know how will i burn the .hex file to the atmega32.thats it..but to do that there is 2 options
1.isp programmer
2.burning .hex code to atmega32
right?
my question is does this isp programmer is to be connected always to my computer and my microcontroller circuit..
i dont want this way.that is my question...

Once the chip is flashed (programmed) you can disconnect the programmer.
