Need some help with my jdm type programmer (pls help me)

I read here a topic about the same problem i have ...
I'm trying to program a pic 12c508a with IC-PROG and I get the same message "No Oscilator value found" or something like that and after programming I get "Verify failed at adress 000h" ...
I heard that the first thing i have to do is to measure the voltage on the pins ... and do some "invert job" till the voltage on the pins is 0 ...but whatever I do the voltage remains the same (around 6V)... what should I do ??? :cry: :cry: :cry:

i am also having this prob and im also trying to do 12c508 if anyone has plans to build a working programmer please help
