Need Infrared transmitter and detector circuit for project

Hi friends,

I need infra red transmitter and reciever ciecuit for project.

My requirement are
1 i need a transmitter at fix place.
2. Reciever will be placed at distance of 3 mtr.
3. As soon as the person/ any object cuts the IR beam, the reciever should drive a relay which has 230 v ac connected.(that wiill turn on the furthure circuit connected for 230 vac).

Please give the component lists available in India
