need inforamtion regarding compiler and board ?

I was reading this link https://www.freertos.org/portlpckeil.html#DemoApp I understand there is development board that is shown in picture I am confused on compiler. I have doubt I think they are not using Keil compiler. there is source code in link so I just want to compile that source code using compiler. I don't understand which compiler they are using actually in Link?

Looks to me like its keil.... All the links point to it... Except the bit of asm in the middle...
