Where can i get informative information on peak to peak voltage, maximum voltage?
How to calculate peak to peak voltage?

It depends entirely on the shape of the waveform, for a sinewave it's 2.828 x the RMS value.

2.828 = 2*sqrt(2), in case there was a question as to where that arbitrary number comes from.
