What was it in? What does it physically look like? (Photos appreciated). What circuitry is it surrounded by?

You're not giving us enough information to go on here. The part number is very cryptic.
 
Are you sure the problem is the transformer, and not something else on the control board? As I said before, information about the control board would be nice too.
 
Looks like a normal mains transformer, the numbers mean nothing as they are almost certainly 'in-house' numbers. It's almost certainly a special transformer, made for that exact model - and would require sourcing as a spare from the oven manufacturer (they normally have multiple and/or tapped secondaries).

It probably has an internal heat fuse, and that 'could' have failed due to the lightning, but there's no guarantee other things aren't fried as well.
