I dont remember ever seeing a digital meter with a " zero adjust" knob.

that's for the capacitance and inductance measurements to zero out the probe capacitance or inductance.

I realize that. I just haven't seen it before on a digital meter. It does not seem to be common because my searches come up empty on other digital meters (DVM or LCR) with this " feature".
