need help with flashmemory urgent

Trying to save data to a fujitsu flash memory. MBM29F016A-90
But cant get any data in to it and cant read out of it. Cant get the timing right... is there anyone who has a good timingdiagram or has saved to a flash memory before me???? Need urgent help!!! Thanks Jonas
