Have you a scope? Check the noise on the supply.. BLDC may have a current draw issue..

Try adding a pullup resistor from the ESC pulse output to the MCU 5V supply??
It's guesswork, depending how the compiler handles setting & resetting port bits...

don't have a scope
Both are on different power supply but ground connected.

12vdc to 5vdc 2amps for MCU and ESC is 12vdc 30amps

ESC is Pulse IN not OUT ESC just sees 50~60 hz 1ms pulse as off and 2ms PWM as full speed

Guruji .....! you were right the 100n cap on 12f675 was bad .... changed all works great
