Need help on Samsung CRT TV...

Hi,

I’m new to this forum. I’m facing a problem while fixing my Samsung CS29A6HPT CRT TV. It had a arcing FBT and tried to find a one locally and failed. So I sealed with silicone and now it’s OK. But in the screen I get few separate lines by blue, red and green.

I have attached a pic of the screen.

Anyone can help me to repair this. Thanks in advance.

Turn the A1 control down a little - usually bottom one of the two pots on the tx.

Looks like a Bomb exploded bottom left of screen This fault is new to Africa.

We will find it though.

Thanks Nigel for your quick response...

But unfortunately the FBT failed, leaving to set only to make some clicking noise when I turn on the TV...
