Need Help in Switching 3310 speed dial

i am facing some problem which are very basic but is big for me and my friend. We both know very little of electronics (just a hobby)

Need to know how can i make a security system out of this..


if u see the image what i want is to speed dial the mobile number when the Buzzer is triggered... the buzzer is triggered for 4 sec...
Kindly help we tried connecting relay and other stuff.. but it is not working... how to make it work...
