Excuse me, but i have a question: What's the advantage of using IGBT's over power MOSFET's ? I always work with power MOSFET's ans never tried IGCT's yet.
So, can someone explain me the pro's and con's of IGBT's over MOSFET's ? Thank you !
Hello em2006, have you finally found the data sheet and replacement of that IGBT? Actually i need replacement of H044 R4727 IGBT. Do you have anything in mind?
