One essential skill that will give you a competitive advantage is spelling and grammar.

Applicants who write txt speak in a professional environment will see their applications discarded without being read.

I didn't bother trying to translate his post into good English because it is written in awful Engrish. Probably from a cell phone.
Maybe he no speeky zee English?
Maybe some keys on his keyboard are missing?
