Near Ir Laser diodes

Hi y'all, i am havin this project that requires a near IR laser transmitter, for sake of safety and low power, i wanna use a laser diode module (as source), class2 (no hazard ) with a wavelength 850-900 nm .I can't find anything lower than 3 mw in spectrum which is the class 3b. Any suggestion N.B: i wanna modulate it to carry an audio signal

Hi again, i was thinking if anybbody could suggest me an online supplier of a laser tube (HeNe) with radiant output power 0.9mw in the near IR spectrum( wavelength between 850-950 nm).Thks in advance.
