Basically a 8 x 16 LED matrix that is controlled by a 8 bit microcontroller (18f43k22)
I hopefully have a usable pcboard designed.
My one concern is placing vias on LED 0805 pads.
I think there is room for vias.
I often put vias in pads. They do suck up a little solder. It is common for the heatsink pad on ICs to be filled with very small vias to carry heat to the other side of the PCB.
