could anyone tell me the replacement transistor for MRF901 ? or please tell me where i can find it.i mean can i find it in any device?

Look for the NE021, get the datasheets for yours and this one and compare.:)

i could not find it. any other replacements?

but,i cannot find the NE021 transistor. please suggest another transistor.
