Motorola Transistor?

I have a Regency Turbo 800 (TS-2) with a bad transistor on a side board (Q301). I cannot find anything on this transistor. It is marked 11-020 and I believe the production date is 741, marked with a motorola symbol. Its a TO-92 plastic case with EBC legs. The scanner does not receive signals until I hit it with freeze spray. It sits next to a IF can, so I believe that it is a simple AF Amp.

Any help would be appreciated.
