Hi.
I was looking through a broken display panel off a car that wasn't lighting up.
I found a blown transistor, I can't find anything about it anywhere. All that's written on it is:
3852
EBC
(Motorola logo) 250
Anyone know what I can use for a replacement?
Thank you!
Most likely a 2SC3852 -- **broken link removed** is a datasheet for the Sanken version of that device. The EBC markings on the device that you have simply indicate lead positions for Emitter, Base, and Collector.
